The USPS can answer most postal-related inquiries. They maintain a toll-free hotline from which you can access information through a menu of automated options 24 hours a day. During regular business hours (8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET on Saturdays), you can also speak to a USPS representative.
A local postal carrier can pick up an unlimited number of packages from a home at no cost. A pick-up can be scheduled up to three months in advance.
