Tropical Storm Gustav's winds and rain blasted Jamaica. The storm's path is expected to take it to Grand Cayman next. Gustav could grow into a category 3 hurricane by the time it reaches western Cuba on Saturday.
At least 51 people died in southwestern Haiti and eight were killed in neighboring Dominican Republic as Gustav passed through Thursday, officials there said.

With all the excitement from the DNC being over, it's time for the Republicans to be heard. Rumor has it that McCain is set to introduce his running mate at a rally in Ohio. The Republicans kick off their convention next week in St. Paul, Minn.

Comcast Corp., the nation's second-largest Internet service provider, says it would set an official limit on the amount of data subscribers can download and upload each month. The cap on customers' Internet usage will start October 1.
Comcast said it was setting a monthly data usage threshold of 250 gigabytes per account for all residential high-speed Internet customers, or the equivalent of 50 million e-mails or 124 standard-definition movies.
